Abdullah Aydın

Hi, I am Abdullah. After 11 years of experience in different positions at Google, I founded my own company Mindahead in 2018. I love learning as I share things with people and having experiences as I have people to experience. It is a must to enjoy myself and have fun while doing this. My task in this life is to improve people’s well-being by enhancing their communication with each other.

Abdullah has worked at Google Ireland for 11 years before founding his own company Mindahead, which provides consultancy on cultural change and development for banks, technology companies, NGOs, and start-ups in Turkey and abroad in 2018. During his time at Google, he worked in many positions such as Adwords Turkey Sales and Operations Executive, Global Program Executive for the Adwords education videos in 34 languages, Uzbekistan Country Leader, and being in the core team of Google Partners, which currently forms 35% of Google’s revenue, during its formation.

His last position at Google was to coordinate all personal development initiatives in the Global Customer Relations organization and provide consultancy for teams to work more efficiently in Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.

Besides being an active member of ATÖLYE community, Abdullah cooperates with ATÖLYE Academy in many projects. Programs for long-term culture change, such as Design Thinking and In-House Entrepreneurship, aims for participants to act as an envoy and disseminate the concepts of the programs at their organizations.

He previously studied International Marketing at Tashkent International Business School and Foreign Language Education at Boğaziçi University and completed his undergraduate degree in International Trade. He studied MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change program run with the collaboration of Oxford Saïd Business School and Paris HEC Business School.

In addition to being an MBTI and Insights Discovery certified trainer, he is a LEGO Serious Play trainer. He also acts as an executive coach on transformation and Google interview coach with his Erickson International Professional Coach Certificate.

In addition to all these, Tango is one of the pieces that make up his identity; moving with music and thinking in harmony with it is an indispensable passion for him. One other trick of his is body therapy, which he acquired through the training he took in South East Asia. Abdullah loves being versatile and trying new things.
