Experience Design

1 day, any number of participants

See how the human-centered design process and methods evolve in the “new normal” we now live in; and develop novel approaches with the participants by probing changing customer needs and emerging service experiences.

The uncertainties of the present times are rapidly changing the lives of designers and others involved in design processes as well as the way they work. While people search for creative ways to coordinate work remotely, new needs and pain points of the user, who becomes harder to reach, emerges.

While emphasizing how the human-centered design process and methods evolved in the new normal, this workshop focuses on having participants adapt their design practices to this evolution and discover unique working methods of their own. The participants will find the opportunity to develop new approaches together by probing changing user needs and emerging service experiences.
