Kübra Patıl Aydın

Hello, I’m Kübra. I read, research, watch, and experience with an insatiable appetite for learning. Those who know me well describe me as a competent connector in matching people, jobs, and talents. I am a crisis solver, and I support people to discover their potential by creating a safe space.

Kübra’s started her career in 2002. She spent 12 years of her 13 years in corporate life at Turkcell in different positions and roles. She led teams in tasks such as strategic planning for sales and marketing and their correlation with action, channel development, performance systems design, infrastructure design, targeting, coordinating performance-enhancing commercial activities, and strategic presentations of senior executives.

In 2016, she founded her own company. She continues working with companies from different sectors on business development, strategic planning, company positioning, presentation, and content design. She also gives training on catchy presentation design, concise communication, data presentation, and storytelling, and she takes role in the end-to-end management of TEDxReset conferences.

Kübra organizes events that open a space for people to express themselves through different game plots, in which she builds collective and improvised stories. She also continues breathing coaching and meditation with groups or individuals.

Her journey of knowing herself goes on with breathing coaching, yoga training, reiki, and meditation. She shares her knowledge with others via private sessions and integrating it into corporate training.
