Open Innovation is designed after elucidating the project’s goals, journey, role, and responsibilities together with your organization.
In the application process, we work with your teams and help select the best-fit participants. We conduct workshops, learning modules, coaching and mentorship seances, panel discussions, and jury evaluations through the program.

This program guides a team of 6-8 from various departments in your organization to develop human-centered solutions to your problems in an agile, swift, and creative journey of 4-6 weeks.

Program Cycle
The Human-Centered Design Sprint was designed as an agile and creative journey in which a team of 6-8 people from different units focuses on the customer experience challenges prioritized by your organization.
In this 4-6 week journey, the participating team will develop solutions that are tested and verified with customers by working together with the ATÖLYE Academy team. Through simple research methods, we will discover insights and frameworks that will inspire creative ideas throughout the sprint. The team will attend various workshops and conduct various design-thinking exercises, such as: human-centered problem formulation, mapping experience journey, developing creative ideas, rapid prototyping, user tests, and iteration.
Towards the end of the program, participants will verify their solutions through two weeks of testing and iteration cycles. Also, they will receive a “Storytelling and Presentation Techniques” training, in which they will create convincing and galvanizing stories of their projects. At the end, they will tell these stories to their leads in the organization.

In this 8-week-long program, we guide a team of 6-8 people from different departments to develop participatory and holistic approaches the uncertainties and challenges facing your organization.

Program Cycle
This program was co-designed by ATÖLYE’s Academy and Ventures units with the “lean start-up” method as its fulcrum.
Throughout the program, a multidisciplinary team of 6 to 8 people from different units will focus on a problem that is important for your organization. Participants will go through the producing-measuring-learning cycles to create projects whose solution-market fit is resolved and develop the skills necessary for strategic innovation.

We invite the entrepreneurial spirits in your organization to a 12- to 16-week intrapreneurship journey to create innovative business models, products, and services.

Realize the innovative business ideas that you need in your organization with your employees’ intrapreneurship.
Support and empower aspiring intrapreneurs in your organization at every step, from the customer problem to value proposition, conceptualization, prototyping, business model design, Minimum Viable Product, and to product strategy.

Program Cycle
The 12- to 16-week Intrepreneurship Program created jointly by ATÖLYE’s Academy and Ventures teams, was designed to mobilize teams enthusiastic about and eager to entrepreneurship in organizations.
ATÖLYE Academy’s experienced coaches and facilitators will guide the selected entrepreneur teams as they rapidly validate business ideas and learn by experimenting. Participants will build the strategic foundations of their ideas and business models after a 5-day “”Minimum Viable product”” sprint, after which they will start the validation process with customers.
After the sprint, teams will work with coaches and mentors from Academy’s collaborator network on ideation and solution validation. They will form impressive stories with “”Storytelling and Effective Presentation Techniques”” exercises. At the end of the program, they will present their projects validated by user tests to leaders from the organization.
